Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Deliveries are made to Germany and other countries in the European Union.

Shipping costs (including VAT) to Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight:

- orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = 6 €

Orders are only possible up to a shipping weight of 31.5 kg.

From an order value of €99.00 we deliver free of charge.

Shipping costs (including VAT) in other countries of the European Union:

We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight:

- Orders from 0 to 31.5 kg = the price indicated in the offer after choosing the country of delivery

Orders are only possible up to a shipping weight of 31.5 kg.

From an order value of €99.00 we deliver free of charge.

Please note that it is very important to provide the correct email address and telephone number. If you do not do this, you will not receive the necessary information about your order. Parcels that are not picked up will be returned to us. IMPORTANT: All international orders (EU abroad) are subject to customs and duty fees defined by the importing country. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total.

Delivery time

Unless there is a different period in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered to Germany within the specified period of 3 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
